Guest Accommodations
黑料吃瓜 can provide both traditional style or suite style housing options for your conference participants. Our campus is able to host up to 6,000 guests in our residence halls. Conference Services can assist with the assignment process for all guests or provide your organization with floor plans and assignment spreadsheets prior to guests鈥� arrival to manage the assignment process directly. Our staff will coordinate check-in/out and be available for assistance throughout the participant鈥檚 stay.
In addition to offering on-campus options, we have strong partnerships with several local hotels including Marriot and Hilton brands. Below is an outline of the local hotels if there are needs for VIP guests, speakers, and staff. Conference Services will work with the Athens County Convention and Visitor鈥檚 Bureau to secure hotel bids that offer the best pricing structure for your group.
